Got a call out of the blue from BT Openreach saying they needed to confirm i was the "broadband owner". I asked what exactly that meant, and all they did was keep saying the same thing again. I told them i’m happy with my current provider so no interest in switching. They didn’t push it and ended the call pretty sharpish.
