But when I looked up the number, it actually points to Pembrokeshire, around 'Haverfordwest and Clynderwen' in Wales. I kept saying "Goodbye" a few times, and eventually the voice went quiet. Could be a legit firm pushing loft insulation, but hard to tell. They claim you’re entitled to a free energy assessment to check if your loft insulation’s damp, mouldy or causing condensation. Mentioned something about new government rules on loft insulation and offering updated advice. I got caught out at first, but when I asked the “guy” to say the company name again, instead he asked how old I was and then launched into a bunch of typical questions.4 monthsLike someone mentioned before, it was obviously one of those automated calls. The voice said “Hello, are you there?” but I just stayed quiet and left the receiver off the hook. After around 90 seconds of nothing, another message popped up saying “Thanks for listening, have a great day,” and then the line went dead.
