I received a rather peculiar phone call today. The chap on the other end, sounding quite irate with a thick Scottish brogue, accused me of piggybacking on his WiFi. Quite frankly, I was baffled as I hadn't the faintest idea what he was on about. He claimed to have tracked my phone number because he believed I was attempting to infiltrate his computer. It’s utterly laughable, seeing as I'm 68 and my knowledge of technology barely goes beyond sending the occasional email! He was exceedingly rude and nearly yelling at me. In the heat of the moment, I told him that he might be a bit unhinged and promptly hung up. I also mentioned that I would be informing the authorities about his outlandish claims.
