Got a call from a guy with an Indian or Asian accent, saying he was from the "Covid 19 Department" and was just checking if I’d had my jab yet. I like to keep these lot talking as long as I can, just to waste their time and stop them ringing others. We had a bit of a back-and-forth where he claimed to be a different branch from the NHS and I asked why he couldn’t give me my NHS number back. I got a call from someone with a pretty heavy Asian accent claiming to be from the NHS. They asked if I’d had both my COVID vaccinations. I replied, "If you’re really from the NHS, you’d have that info already." Then they went on asking about any side effects and if I had health insurance. When I said, "I don’t want to share that," they just carried on like I’d said yes. They asked which company I was with, and I told them I wasn’t interested in buying anything. They then said, "We’re not here to sell, have a great day," and hung up.

When they enquired about side effects, I joked that I’d lost a leg. They replied, “Oh right, but you’re better now…” which was quite strange.
