They had the wrong address on file though, like some really outdated info from ages ago. Then they started asking about my health insurance. When I said I wasn’t gonna share any personal details, they just cut me off. Honestly, smells like a scam to me.

Feels like a scam to me. Best just ignore it and absolutely don’t share any of your personal details if you do answer.

I got a call from an Asian man who wanted to know if I’d had both my vaccinations. I told him there’s no way I’m sharing my personal health info with someone I don’t know. Then I just ended the call. Later, I tried calling the number back, and it turns out it’s an unassigned number, definitely not linked to the NHS. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian or Asian accent, saying he was from the "Covid 19 Department" and was just checking if I’d had my jab yet. I like to keep these lot talking as long as I can, just to waste their time and stop them ringing others. We had a bit of a back-and-forth where he claimed to be a different branch from the NHS and I asked why he couldn’t give me my NHS number back. When I told him to hang on as my track and trace app on my laptop was being slow, he just hung up right away. Classic scammer behaviour!

I got a call from someone with a pretty heavy Asian accent claiming to be from the NHS. They asked if I’d had both my COVID vaccinations. I replied, "If you’re really from the NHS, you’d have that info already." Then they went on asking about any side effects and if I had health insurance. When I said, "I don’t want to share that," they just carried on like I’d said yes. They asked which company I was with, and I told them I wasn’t interested in buying anything. They then said, "We’re not here to sell, have a great day," and hung up.

When they enquired about side effects, I joked that I’d lost a leg. They replied, “Oh right, but you’re better now…” which was quite strange. After that, they recited my address and said the certificate would arrive in the post. That’s when I told them to buzz off and blocked the number straight away.
