My elderly dad, who’s 86, has been receiving some really worrying calls. One person said they were going to disconnect his internet, which he doesn’t even have, and another caller insisted he owes money on his Amazon account. The funny thing is, to him, Amazon is just a rainforest in South America!

I got a voicemail claiming to be from BT, but I dont have any BT accounts or anything with them. I remember them saying before that they wouldn’t call anyone who isn’t already a customer, so I just hung up straight away.
