I received a phone call from this number today, and I couldn't make heads or tails of what the woman was saying-her accent was quite thick. I requested her to connect me with someone who spoke English, but she abruptly hung up! The only part I caught was her mentioning she was on behalf of the BBC, but I reckon that's merely a ruse; I doubt it really pertains to the British Broadcasting Corporation. She attempted to explain what the initials truly stood for, but it was all rather lost in translation for me.

I keep getting calls on my mobile from this number, and the moment I decline the call, my landline goes off straight away-despite being ex-directory and registered with the TPS! I refuse to pick up calls from unknown numbers. Quite amusingly, it always shows up with "00" at the start of the caller ID. It's becoming a right nuisance, as I've received countless calls from this lot, all following the same irritating routine. If they're that keen to get in touch, why do they never bother leaving a voicemail? It's utterly baffling!
