Sounds like a typical scam to me - they claimed my internet was messed with and told me to ring a different number to sort it out. Needless to say, I didn’t bother calling back.

I suspect this could be a dodgy call-someone claimed that my internet was compromised and urged me to press 1 to sort it out! Of course, I ignored their enticing proposition completely.
