Received a call purportedly from NPower, claiming they wanted to assist me with the renewal of my gas and electricity rates. I recognised it as a phishing attempt immediately!

This bloke rang up, said he was from NPower trying to sort out my electricity and gas contract renewal. He was pretty pushy but did pitch a fair deal. I told him to give me a shout closer to when the contract was actually due.

So, this bloke Jack from some national survey rang me up, said he just needed a minute or two for a couple of questions. But as soon as I told him I was busy working, he just cut the call. Bit rude if you ask me!
