The recording claimed I’d been hit by credit card fraud for about £600 being sent abroad. It told me to press 2 if I didn’t authorise the payment and wanted to speak with fraud officers. It set off alarm bells as it felt dodgy, so I hung up and blocked the number straight away. Later I looked up the number and found out it’s linked to scams, so was glad I didn’t engage.2 yearsReceived a call earlier and it seemed like some dodgy credit card scam.
