This number kept ringing then disconnecting whenever I tried to answer. At last, one time I got through and they demanded £40 for something called the Telephone Preference Service! I told 'em the TPS never charges or calls people directly, it's a free thing. Suddenly, the bloke started yelling in some foreign language, called me a rude name, then slammed down. After that, this same number kept ringing another four times. Totally odd.
