Advice for unknown numbers: Accept the call but do not speak; if it is a call centre or robot call, it will disconnect. If you receive a response, listen carefully to see if you can hear any background noise and if the caller has a heavy Indian accent, they are very probably scammers. If they are talking about a service or organisation you do not have an account with, they are scammers.
