I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number now.

Got a couple of dodgy calls just yesterday. I ended the call straight away because it smelled like a scam. I put the first number on my blocked list, but then got a second call from a number that was a tiny bit different, so I blocked that one too. It really bugs me that these crooks seem to get away with it - why can’t they be tracked down and taken to court? Loads of folks my age don’t really understand the tech side of things as much as I do.

I learned my lesson the hard way and won’t be handing out my number anymore. A couple of folks stopped me just as I was leaving the shop and somehow I ended up giving them my digits. Since then, they won’t quit ringing me, no matter how many times I tell them to leave me alone!
