I got a call from someone claiming to be BT Openreach, saying there was a problem with our router. When I asked them which office they were ringing from, they went quiet and I could hear them typing in the background. They gave me a main office address and a freephone number. But as soon as I asked for our business name and where the router is located, they just cut the call. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
