This woman rang up and started going on about some loft insulation we'd had done causing damp and mould, plus something about government grants for it. I cut her off straight away, told her we don’t even have a loft because the roof's too shallow. She hesitated for a moment then kept going with her spiel, but I stopped her again saying “we have no loft.” Right after that, the call just dropped. I tried calling them back and got the BT message saying the number isn’t in service.
