I attempted to establish a friendly rapport by using first names, but then the conversation quickly shifted to probing inquiries regarding a recent claim for a car accident. This raises a red flag and seems rather dubious; I suspect it's a scam.

I've received two calls from this number now. The first was from someone who sounded like they were from Manchester, and the second had a definite Liverpool twang. It's a bit puzzling how they're managing to ring me using a local-number disguise. Seems they're fishing for folks to make accident claims. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
