17:30 on the 23rd of February, 2015: I received a call from someone who seemed to know my name. They claimed to be inquiring about a car insurance claim related to a Citroen from a couple of years back. I informed them they must have the wrong details and promptly ended the conversation.

I received a call from someone purporting to be regarding a PPI refund. It’s rather frustrating as I've asked them numerous times to take my details off their list, yet they keep ringing me. I’m absolutely going to block this number without a second thought!
