They actually dared to engage me this time, asking, "Is that Mr S-----------? This is Motor Assist, and we’re following up on your recent accident." I was baffled and responded, "What accident are you referring to?" At that point, they promptly ended the call. It was a woman on the line, representing "Motor Assist," previously known as "Accident Assist". I've been attempting to access their new website to lodge a complaint via email, but so far, I’ve had no luck.
