Steve from Hereford Here’s an update after my complaint yesterday - this morning (09/12/2015 @ 11.58am) they actually called me back. This time they spoke, saying "Is this Mr S-----------? We are from Motor Assist, following up on a recent accident you were involved in." I said, "What accident?" and they immediately ended the call. It was a woman from Motor Assist, which I believe was previously called Accident Assist. I’ve tried to reach their new website to lodge a complaint by email but haven’t had any success so far. I’ll keep attempting though.

This number has rung me several times, and whenever I pick up, the call ends right away. It’s like they just drop the line when I answer.
