I think that guy was Indian, he was just faking an accent to sound funny or something.

Got a call from 01432 298960, but it turned out to be a spoofed number. The bloke on the other end, sounded Indian, claimed he was ringing about my internet connection. I told him it was working fine right now, and he just said alright, then ended the call. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
