Some bloke called me saying he was James from an energy firm. He claimed he’d been ringing me for a few days, but I seriously doubt that. Asked if I owned the house and when I asked how he got my phone number, he just cut me off.

I got a call from someone claiming to be James Honeywell, saying he wanted to help me lower my energy bill. Apparently, he’d been trying to reach me for ages. When I asked who he was calling, he didn’t reply properly and just kept repeating his own name. This is the second time I've had a call like this in the last few weeks. I ended the call straight away.
