This lady with a strong foreign accent rang me up, claiming there was a hacking problem on my Microsoft PC. She said she was phoning from some Microsoft office in Reading. As soon as I said I knew it was all nonsense, she suddenly snapped and told me to "get off my line." Proper rude!
