8 yearsI picked up the phone and simply said, 'Hello'. The voice on the other end inquired if I was Mrs H, to which I confirmed, 'That’s me.' The line was a bit crackly, somewhat reminiscent of an American tone, and the caller mentioned his name-though I couldn’t quite hear it-and said he was from 'Microsoft'.
