Somebody rang saying they were from BT OpenReach, wanting to check my broadband speed and asked what colour the lights on my router were. I told them I actually have no internet at all. Then I asked how they got my number and told them not to call back since this was the second time. After that, all I got was silence and then one of those robotic messages saying 'the other person has ended the call'.
