Got a call from some bloke claiming to be with BT, telling me my neighbours were mooching off my internet. I said it didn’t bother me since it wasn’t costing me extra. He started going on about having a duty to protect me and wanted me to follow some procedure. I cut him off and asked straight up for his name, so I could ring BT and verify him. That’s when he lost his temper, insisting I had to do what he said. I just kept asking for his name and he ended up hanging up on me.
