I got a call from some bloke called Charlie saying he was from Openreach and that there was a hacker messing with my internet. I tried asking him how exactly they were getting in and if I should do anything about it. It was so clear this was a scam. Charlie seemed lost when I kept questioning him and just hung up on me!
