I got a dodgy call the other day, and what was rather alarming was that they seemed to know quite a bit about me. It definitely had the whiff of a scam!

It appears to be a communication supposedly from BT Openreach about the sluggish speed of our internet connection. What utter tosh! We're not even customers of BT!
