got a call about our electricity bills, they were really pushy. kept insisting on talking to whoever handles the accounts and got quite rude when i said i couldn't connect them!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the water deregulation team, trying to make it seem official like a govt agency. When I asked what company, she said something like Utility Alliance. I just put them on hold and kept doing my thing. After a few mins I came back and told them no one here wants to talk. Then I added them to the TPS do not call list.
