I received a rather dodgy phone call from a chappie who claimed to represent BT's technical support. The kicker? We don’t have any dealings with BT whatsoever, so I quickly told him he shouldn't be calling since we're signed up with Telephone Preference Service. That’s when he started shouting at me to be quiet, quite rudely might I add! I was left feeling utterly taken aback by his aggressive tone.
