8 yearsSome bloke rang me claiming to be from BT’s tech support, saying there was a problem with my internet security and he wanted to download something to have a look. When I pressed him, he couldn’t tell me exactly which bit of BT he was from, just kept saying “technical department.” Then when I asked for his employee ID, he had no idea what that was.
