i do buy stuff from amazon but ive never got prime. these calls are just a way for them to trick you into handing over money and your details. best bet is to just hang up and block the number.

I got a call from this number and then another one pretty much same thing so I’ll leave a report here as well. An American sounding woman told me my Amazon Prime subscription was about to renew for around £39, and to hit 4 if I wanted to stop it. Well, I’m not falling for any of that! I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account, and they said they were calling from Hartlepool. It all sounds dodgy to me, so I’m labelling this number as risky. Probably just a fake number showing up on my screen though, who can tell?
