The caller, who has a foreign accent, insists on speaking to someone named Suzzanne. Whenever I ask for identification, he offers various explanations with each call-ranging from PPI claims to accident compensation. I repeatedly inform him that there’s no one by that name at this number and kindly request that he deletes my contact from his list. However, he’s quite impolite, rudely quipping, "Well, why do you say your name is Suzzanne then?" I’ve never claimed to be Suzzanne-it’s just not my name!
