I received a call featuring a female voice-sounded American, I reckon-stating something like "Your BT Internet line has been breached...". To be honest, I hung up right away because I've had a couple of similar messages left on my answerphone over the past few weeks. They all mentioned different options for me to follow, warning me that my line would be cut off "today" if I didn’t act. I’m not sure if all three calls came from the same number, but it certainly feels suspicious!

Had this recorded call from a woman, sounded American, saying my BT internet was in trouble. Last week I found a few messages on the answerphone, all telling me to press some buttons or they’d cut my line off “today”. Figured it was a scam and never bothered to see if it was all from the same number.
