When I answered, there was loads of background noise - kind of like a hectic office or maybe a call centre. I said ‘hello’ but nobody replied. I kept quiet for about half a minute, then out of nowhere someone loudly asked, “Who’s this?” It felt a bit rude, but as they were the ones calling me, I just stayed silent and they ended up hanging up.
