Had a call from someone claiming to be Liana Morris from Microsoft’s online support, saying they’d noticed some technical problems on their system with my account (I don’t even have Microsoft!). When I questioned her, she gave me a London number and some contact info, but it turned out to be a call centre in India using a Surrey number. She was quite pushy and kept me on the phone for about ten minutes until I started asking proper tech questions. Definitely steer clear of this scam!
