Some bloke rang me up with a really thick Indian accent, saying he was from Openreach at BT. He claimed they’d noticed my internet speed dropping from my router’s data and wanted to fix the issue. I told him straight up I didn’t trust it and guessed it was a scam, then hung up. I blocked the number after that. Just to check, I dialled the number back and it wasn’t Openreach at all - so yeah, definitely dodgy.
