Got a call from a guy named Matthew about some government insulation deal. We never asked about it, so looks like just another cold call from a company trying to push their stuff.

Received a call from a rather pushy individual purporting to be from a company specialising in loft insulation, trying to chat up an elderly woman living solo. Oddly enough, I also got another ring from the same number, 07747238540, later on. Smells very much like a scam to me!
