He never answered that, instead went on about my loft insulation being probably bad and causing damp, and that the government could sort out a better system for me. Whenever he stopped talking, I asked again about my postcode, but he just kept going with the same rehearsed spiel, sounded like a script. At the end, he thanked me and said he'd be ringing back soon.
