i keep getting these pesky calls from someone saying they’re from sky, claiming i owe £9 for a subscription. i’ve told them a bunch of times i don’t even have sky and asked them to stop calling me every day. feels like harassment now. i’ve begged them to take my number off their list. definitely thinking about blocking this number soon!

Got a call earlier saying our Sky bill was dropping from £9 to £7 and that they’d send us a letter. Then they started asking for our bank info! As soon as my husband said he’d never share bank details on the phone, they just hung up. Shows exactly what kind of call it was. Really makes me worry about older folks who might fall for this rubbish.

I had a similar call from someone who sounded Asian, so I decided to humour him for a bit. When he finally asked for my bank or card info, I kept saying no way was I giving that out. He got pushier, claiming that giving him the long numbers on my debit card wasn’t a risk (yeah right). After he went on a bit, I just told him good luck trying to scam others and that he was wasting his time with me, then ended the call.

Got a call from this number today, totally out of the blue as always. I just said "no" once, and they hung up immediately. Sounds like just another group of dodgy characters trying their luck. I really should put a block on this number asap.

Received a call from a gentleman with a distinctly Asian accent, asking us to confirm our names. When we inquired about his identity, he abruptly hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me.
