I received a call from a UK landline, and they inquired whether I was the owner of the number they had dialled. I mean, if you’re calling a landline in the UK, it's pretty safe to say that, well, yes, I must be! It felt quite ridiculous, really. Just as I was about to respond, the line went dead. Quite the peculiar experience!
