I didn’t answer the phone at first, so I called back. When they picked up, they asked if I was Mrs #######. I told them no, I was actually her daughter. She just went, “oh, okay sorreh” (that’s exactly how she said it, honestly). I wanted to find out who was calling and where from, but she cut me off and hung up before I could say anything more. Feels like it was one of those marketing calls to me.

My mum finally got annoyed and picked up the phone, and she just got another call from them. They kept going on about ppi, mortgages, loans, and some money we might be owed. Total nonsense, of course.
