Got a call from someone claiming to be from a pension audit firm looking for me. I told one of them I'd fetch the person and then bunged the phone under a towel for about 20 minutes. They’ve kept ringing over the past few days, and after reading other reviews, it's clear they’re not legit. Hopefully they liked the muffled sounds through the towel!

Whenever I tried to get them to explain more, they either dodged my questions or just didn’t reply. Somebody called claiming to be from a pension audit firm. They really pushed me to hand over some documents and said they'd send a courier to pick them up, which I haven’t arranged. It’s pretty odd because I couldn’t find any info about them online at all.

I've noticed that this particular company tends to get rather flustered when you press for those details. Don't hesitate to ask for their FCA number as well; it’s your right to verify their legitimacy. They even had the audacity to suggest they’d dispatch a courier to collect some documents they claimed I had signed.

It was clearly from a call centre due to all the background noise, making it almost impossible to catch what the young lady was saying!
