Got a really irritating call today.

This company’s records say I never filed any claim. Honestly, the call was awful, all cracked and full of background noise like loads of people shouting - sounded like some call centre with bad acoustics. When I asked what the claim was about because the line was so bad, the guy just cut me off. So frustrating to be unwell, nearly asleep, and then get woken up by these morons. I’ve blocked their number straight away.
