Had a call the other day from iqos support, proper lovely folks checking in on how i’m getting on with my new iqos illuma and making sure i was happy with the service i got when i bought it. All in all, a really nice experience.

Seems like a scam to me, he had actual names which makes it a bit worrying. I'm planning to report this to the police too, just to be on the safe side.
