I got a call claiming to be from Amazon about my Prime account. When I asked how they got my number, the guy just said ‘Amazon’. I told him I don’t even have an Amazon account and asked again where the number came from. Then he switched up his story, saying my info had been compromised. I told him it was a load of rubbish and hung up on him straight away.
