She insisted that I had an order I needed to cancel to avoid being charged - a rather peculiar claim, considering I was sure I hadn’t placed any order. I couldn’t help but ask her, "Are you genuinely calling from Amazon?" To which she abruptly cut the line. I really don't understand what the end game is here, but it's not the first time I've encountered this sort of nonsense.
