Constantly ringing but no one actually answers or says a word. It gets really annoying after a while.

Some stranger just told me my BT account’s gonna be switched off ‘cause I haven’t paid my bills. Honestly, it’s kinda funny how long it’s taken them to realise I’m not with them anymore. I actually cancelled my BT service ages ago, way back in the early 90s when Telewest, which is Virgin now, rolled out fibre here. Without a doubt, this has to be a scam.
