Some bloke rang me sayin i won a contest from a show on telly. He told me i had to cough up £1.99 for delivery to get a magazine and chances at other competitions. There was also supposed to be a bunch of lottery tickets. Since i'd actually done the word search on the telly advert, i went along with it. Now he says i'll be gettin my prizes sometime next week!5 yearsI received a rather dubious call from this number, in which they requested £1.95 for postage related to some prizes. Thankfully, I paused before making any payment and inquired about their identity. It struck me as rather fishy, and I suspect it's a scam.6 yearsFor the past three months, I've noticed a monthly deduction of £8.25 from my account, and the reference linked to it is this phone number. I've definitely not authorised this transaction! It reads "WORDSEARCH WINNER" - I'm beginning to suspect it’s tied to one of those dreadful shopping channels that pop up at all hours.
