Got a recorded call saying they’d be charging me monthly for an Amazon Prime subscription and to press “1” if I wanted to cancel or something like that. Total scam, obviously, so I just ended the call. The weird part was that the number looked like it was from my local area code, which is probably why I even picked up in the first place, thinking it might be someone I know or a genuine call.
