Some bloke rang claiming to be from BT and said my internet was about to get cut off unless I pressed 1. Thing is, I’m not even a BT customer. So, I just ended the call. That’s all I got from it. Why would BT try to switch off my internet when I don’t use their service? And why can’t I report this properly anywhere? It’s frustrating!
