I received a call from a chap with a noticeable foreign accent, and I must say, he had a rather forceful manner about him. It was as if he wasn’t prepared to hear the word 'no' at all. He claimed to be conducting some kind of market research and was quite insistent on having me respond to his queries. I wouldn’t bother engaging further - best to just block this number altogether.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t exactly polite myself at first, given the stress about my parents’ health, but I genuinely feel like I'm being harassed by this company.
