The caller claimed to be from the bank's security team and was inquiring about two sums of money that were either withdrawn or possibly being deducted from her account. She felt uneasy about it and decided to hang up.2 yearsThey claimed they required my bank information to process a £140 refund for some kitchen appliance coverage. I then asked when i supposedly bought it, and they claimed 6 months ago. But ive owned my washing machine for over 3 years now. They were also pushing to get my bank card info. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.3 yearsI picked up and could just hear a lot of noise, like people chatting in a busy office.
